"As a college lacrosse goalie I wanted to improve my save percentage, as well as my field awareness. As all athletes competing in a team environment I wanted to contribute to improved success of our team. I worked with Dr. Fred Edmunds from XTREMESIGHT between my freshman and sophomore year at Monroe Community College. As a result my save percentage increased from a .512% to a .618%. My improved field awareness enhanced my ability to assist in defensive adjustments relative to an offensive scheme and shooter locations. My teams’ record improved from a 15-3 record to the next season a 19-1 record. By my second season I was named, first team all-American, first team All-Region, All-Tournament team (regionals), as well as All-tournament team (Nationals). Now I am a two time National Champion at the NJCAA level, along with two time MVP defensive player at the NJCAA level as well as have received a scholarship to a Division 1 School."

Through intense visual conditioning and a multitude of different drills and exercises, I improved my eyesight, awareness, and my ability to play at a higher, faster level of play in hockey and baseball. As a result of Dr. Fred's program, I enjoyed a very successful season in the year following (2nd team All-state in Hockey, 1st team All-state in Baseball along with New York State Class AA Champions, and I committed to Division 1 Northwestern on a baseball scholarship). Statistically, I saw increases in my batting average and on base percentage in baseball and in hockey I led the league in assists for defensemen because of my improved peripheral vision.
